Rainwater is stored in two cisterns below the court and completed by two springs on the parcel, each able to serve the house alone. Waste water is treated by planted filters at the foot of the meadow.
The estate has been under stewardship for two full seasons, with the kitchen garden, cellar and cold room in continuous production.
