Restoration and stewardship of autonomous French estates
The place the family returns to. Always.
French estates of character,
made fully autonomous in energy, water and food.
A domaine is first a family address: a table that fills, rooms that are lived in, land that is worked. What we add never announces itself. Energy, water and food are simply there, produced on the property, season after season. Autonomy, here, is an art of living.
Transformation
Restored, then made autonomous.

The same house. Every stone in its place.

Stewardship
Friday evening, the house is ready for you.
On Thursday, you let the estate know you are arriving the following evening.
When you push the door open, the house is aired and warm. The beds have been made, the shutters opened, the drive cleared. The refrigerator and the cellar are stocked, the bread has been bought. On the table, a basket from the kitchen garden and a note from the steward about what has grown this week.
You had nothing to arrange.
You already have your estate
We work everywhere in France. The audit will tell you what your land allows, what will need particular attention, and what the works will cost.

Start with the terroirs. These are the five regions where we know what to expect, and the only ones where we agree to search for someone. Let's talk it over.
